Your tasks:
Advice, support for our customers and partners
Contact person for customers, fitters and drivers in day-to-day operations
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily use of our work platforms and transports
Optimization of deployment planning for efficient use of our rental fleet
Handling of the entire rental process, from initial contact, quotation and order creation to device deregistration
Organization and planning of the delivery of our own machines
Accepting and processing rental inquiries and arranging appointments
Close cooperation with sales and workshop
Your profile:
Many years of experience in the field of construction machinery, work platforms, cranes - ideally also in the area of scheduling
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability and sense of duty
Enjoy customer contact, technical understanding and interest in work platforms
Good geographical knowledge and organizational skills as well as a structured way of working
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with scheduling software
